Musician, singer, and songwriter Andrew Gabbard on Tuesday released a brand new batch of tunes in the form of & On! (Bonus Cuts from ‘Ramble & Rave On!’).

 

 

Four previously bonus unreleased tracks from November’s Ramble & Rave On! comprise Gabbard’s latest project which, like its predecessor, was released through Colemine/Karma Chief Records.

 

 

 

& On! (Bonus Cuts from ‘Ramble & Rave On!’) treats listeners to multiple tunes that serve as an extension of the cosmic power rock of Ramble & Rave On!. Among these number is The Impressions’ 1964 track, “Don’t Let It Hide,” which showcases the upper register of the multi-instrumentalist’s vocal range.

 

“Whenever I hear [‘Don’t Let It Hide’] – I’m singing it for days,” the singer explains, “This song in particular made me realize that I could sing in that high register, so I try to utilize that quite often.”

 

Not dissimilar to the approach of Karma Chief label-mate M Ross Perkins, Gabbard took it upon himself to record all instruments singlehandedly for the project.

 

& On! (Bonus Cuts from ‘Ramble & Rave On!’) is now available everywhere digitally via Colemine/Karma Chief Records, and can be streamed in all major platforms.
