Award-winning four-piece rock band Shinedown are continuing the band’s recent streak of success with the release of “Three Six Five (Piano Version).”

The single brings to fans a stripped-down, intimate take on the group’s recently released “Three Six Nine,” which has been impacting rock radio in a big way in recent months.

Such is familiar territory for the chart-topping gargantuan rock act, as past spins on highly successful classics like Neil Young’s “Keep on Rockin’ in the Free World” and Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Simple Man” as piano-vocal versions have garnered acclaim from fans and critics alike. Now the band are bringing fans a more delicate take on one of their own radio hits.

The original track emerged from Shinedown’s recent album Dance, Kid, Dance, which spawned a successful radio single and ongoing major tour of the same name.

Shinedown are pulling out hits old and new alike for the Dance, Kid, Dance tour, and have even dusted off a number of old fan-favorites such as “Breaking Inside,” “Asking for It,” and “Burning Bright” as part of recently performed dates.

The sky looks to be the limit for the icons of modern rock as Shinedown continues its steadily upward musical and commercial trajectories.
