Multi-platinum rock giants, Shinedown have notched yet another number one hit with the single “Three Six Five.”

The track follows another brilliantly received single from the band, “Dance, Kid, Dance” which serves as the namesake for the group’s current tour.

“Three Six Five” is charting at this time in four distinct formats, those being HOT AC, Top 40, Top 20 Mainstream AC, and the Alternative chart, the latter for which the track is currently ranked at the top spot.

The chart-topping tune was recently released from a new perspective, as the band offered up an acoustic take on the thoughtful track. Lyrically the number tackles the heavy subject matter of life, loss, and regret, and serves as a tribute to the loved ones who are no longer with us.

Characterized as, “a reminder to stop wasting time and focus on the moments we have right now and treasure time with the ones you love the most, “Three Six Five” offers a much more intensive exploration and analysis of the human condition than most number one singles, but the reception for the track has been no less remarkable nonetheless.

Shinedown’s ongoing “Dance, Kid, Dance” tour kicked off in the spring and is taking the band across the nation for a 35-date run of shows that fans will be sure to remember.
